Blume – Daydreamer Cleanser Review

As most of you will know, I am a huge fan of Blume’s acne oil – Meltdown. I swear by that. If you want to read more on my review, you can check it out here.

After using Meltdown for over a year, and thoroughly loving it, I wanted to check out Daydreamer, which is the cleanser by Blume. As with all their products, it is safe, sustainable and organic. I had read lots of great reviews about Daydreamer so I was excited to try it out.

I had been looking for a new cleanser for a while, but hadn’t yet found one I loved. My skin is pretty sensitive and I’m prone to breakouts, especially during my period, so I have to be careful when trying new products. I have a day and night moisturizer that I love and will never stray from, but for other skincare products, I am always on the lookout for something good.

Daydreamer is a very gentle face wash, that cleanses the skin and removes your makeup. The bottle is pretty small, but you only need 2 pumps of it. The texture is quite thick, which personally took me a while to get used to. It felt like it should be foaming up when I added water because of the texture. However, I quickly got used to that. The face wash leaves my skin feeling very soft and almost moisturized. Often, after face washes, my skin can feel tight and dry but that doesn’t happen with Daydreamer. It costs $18CAD, which is pretty good. I bought my first bottle in March and it’s just almost done, so it lasted me a good 5 months.

Daydreamer + Meltdown = Dream Team

All in all, I am loving Daydreamer, and combined with Meltdown, it’s great for my skin and usually keeps my breakouts under control. I’ll definitely continue to use both. If you want to purchase your own bottle of Daydreamer, go over to the Blume website now and eve better, use my referral link to save yourself $10!
